Use this letter to tell a bailiff you need an additional 14 days to seek debt advice before they visit your property. Usually the bailiff should give you a minimum period of 14 clear days after they serve a Notice of Enforcement on you, before they visit your property. This letter requests a minimum notice period of 28 clear days.
