If you have used the tool before, you can access your information, budget, and advice until 30 September. After that time, you will not be able to log in.
If you have not used our tool before, you have until 30 September to get advice this way. Our phone and webchat services are available Monday to Friday 9am to 8pm and Saturdays 9.30am to 1pm if you would rather talk to an adviser.

Benefit statements.
Pension-income statements
Utility bills (such as gas, electricityand water)
If all your imcome and outgoings go through your bank account, most of the information you need will be in your bank statements.
