  • Direct Financial Help: Emergency top-up and flexible extended repayment plans and debt relief.
  • Debt Advice & Relief: Specialist debt advice and relief delivered in partnership with StepChange and PCAB.
  • Energy-Saving & Keep Warm Products: Free energy-efficiency measures including heated throws, energy efficiency packs (smart sockets, radiator reflector panels, draught excluders, LED bulbs), keep warm packs (thermos flasks, heat pads, rechargeable hot water bottles), and replacement energy-efficient white goods.
  • Income Maximisation: Benefit checks and support to identify missing or unclaimed benefits via Income Max.
  • Tech-Driven Self-Service: Digital self-service via Lightning Reach, connecting customers to support from over 2,500 organisations.
